Eating and drinking water simultaneously is detrimental to health.

In the summer, you should replace sugary drinks with healthier alternatives like fresh fruit juice, orange juice, tangerine, grapefruit, cucumber, and apple. If we want to maintain our health, we should bring clean water to a boil, then allow it to cool before drinking it. If we drink water from a bottle, we should select a brand that has a good reputation in the market.
